I'm Bennu Erez. I have an academic background in consulting, behavioral analysis, and personal development, having completed training at national and international institutions.

My academic journey began with an Introduction to Psychology program at Yale University and a Psychological First Aid program at Johns Hopkins University. Through training at The Hyamson Institute, The Priority Academy, and The Kew Training Academy, I specialized in child psychology, psychotherapy, and behavioral therapy techniques. I also gained academic depth in cognitive behavioral therapy, neuroplasticity, anxiety and phobia techniques, forensic psychology, and gerontology through advanced training with scholars such as Prof. Krishna N. Sharma, Dr. Stephen J. Costello, and Elmira Strange.

In Türkiye, I completed Nutrition Management and Relationship Counseling training at Istanbul University, Family and Social Life Counseling at Yeditepe University, Child Development Specialization (936 hours) again in Türkiye, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) training at Biruni University.

In addition, I have made my counseling practice multidimensional with the programs I have taken in various fields such as Marriage Counseling, Educational Counseling and Student Coaching, Play Therapy, Divorce Counseling, Montessori and Waldorf Approaches, Philosophy for Children (P4C), Early Childhood Psychology, Sensory Integration and Shadow Teaching.

Today, I offer academically based and professional services in the fields of individual counseling, family counseling, child development and behavior analysis from an interdisciplinary perspective.
